For colleges and universities
Empower learners. See every programme whole. Keep every record theirs.
Zynaut Pathways gives each of your students a record they own and take with them, and gives your institution a view of every programme as a whole — built as aggregates, never from any one student without that student's permission. Your placement office gains an adviser's role, not a search.
Today's learners.Tomorrow'sleaders.

A college sees where a cohort stands. A student decides who sees them. A placement office gains no search.
- Programmes in job wordsWhat you teach, described as work is
- Cohorts as aggregatesNever built from any one student

A record through every stage
How Zynaut Pathways works across a campus
The same five stages every student moves through, from the first year to the day they leave with their record.
1. Discover
Each student states a direction and what they already bring, from the first year onward — no test to get in.
2. Validate
Coursework, projects, internships and observed performance become evidence, with your faculty as issuers.
3. Develop
Each student sees the smallest meaningful gap between their evidence and where they are heading. Advisers advise, reasoning shown.
4. Connect
Students reach out to employers, programmes and mentors by their own act — your placement office as an adviser they choose.
5. Demonstrate
A graduate leaves with a record that stays theirs. Your institution keeps its aggregate view of what each programme built.
Everything you need, in one place
What your institution sees, and what stays with the student
For a dean, a head of department, a faculty member and a placement office — each inside a boundary published to the student too.

From campusto careerand beyond.
- Each programme, describedWhat a programme teaches, in the same words a job is described in — so a gap can be read on both sides.
- Where a cohort stands, in aggregateViews built as aggregates, never from any one student, for a department or a programme.
- Faculty as issuers of evidenceA project marked or a performance watched keeps who stood behind it.
- Placement as an adviser a student choosesYour placement office sees the gap and the reasoning for the students who chose it — never a search over the rest.
- Employers receive what a student sendsOne consented view at a time, with every claim traceable to its evidence. No employer browses your students.
- Programme review, in aggregateWhat the programme built, against what it set out to build — for scrutiny, without a league table.
Your learners, seen as a whole
Every programme, seen whole. Every record, its owner's.
Your institution sees what a programme teaches in the words a job is described in, and where a cohort stands as an aggregate built so no individual is exposed. A student's record is theirs while they are with you and after they graduate; your view was bounded to begin with, and it ends with the programme.
- What your programme teaches, described in the same words a job is described in
- Views of where a cohort stands, built as aggregates rather than from any one learner
- For programme review, in aggregate: what the programme built, against what it set out to build
- You cannot drill into an individual outside a permission that person granted
- You cannot reach another institution's learners
- Nothing here ranks your learners against each other
The programme learns what it built, against what it set out to build.
No drill-down to an individual outside a permission that person granted. No ranking of learners against each other.
- Aggregates, never individualsBuilt so no one is exposed
- No search over studentsNot for placement, not for employers
- Nothing ranks your learnersNo league table, no readiness score
- No route to another institution's learnersBounded and permissioned views

Illustrative journeys
What a campus actually sees
Three journeys the design is built around, from the side of a college.
A college placement office
Acts as an adviser the students who chose it can turn to. It sees the gap each is working on and the reasoning behind a next step — never raw evidence, and never a list of students to search. The placement process the college already runs is what a student brings their record to.
A head of department reviewing a programme
Sees, in aggregate, which capabilities the cohort's evidence now supports against what the programme set out to build. She cannot open any one student's record, and nothing in the view ranks them.
A final-year student approaching an employer
Sends one view of his record to an employer he chose, with the internship his faculty stood behind. The employer sees how strongly each claim is supported and cannot go looking for more. He can take the share back.
Illustrative journeys, written to show what the design is for. Zynaut Pathways is in development and no customer story, testimonial or measured outcome is published yet.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers for colleges and universities
Where does a college placement office fit?
As an adviser a student chooses, and through the institution's aggregate view of its own programme. A placement office gains no search over students, and the record does not replace the placement process a college already runs. It is what a student can bring to it.
Can our placement office search students by skill?
No. There is no search, browsing or ranking of students, for a placement office or for anyone else. A placement office is an adviser a student chooses, and it sees only the gap and the reasoning for the students who chose it.
Can we see an individual student's record?
Only under a permission that student granted, and only the view they chose. Your institution's view of a programme or a department is built as an aggregate, so no individual is exposed, and there is no drill-down from a cohort to a person.
What happens to a graduate's record?
It stays theirs. The record is held for the person and travels with them after graduation. Your view of that student was bounded to begin with, and it ends with the programme; what remains with you is the aggregate view of what the programme built.
What is shown for a group too small to hide anyone in it?
Not yet decided, and it will be stated before any programme uses this. The commitment is that an aggregate never lets anyone be picked out. What is shown for a group too small for that to hold is a rule still to be published.
Is it available for institutions now, and what does it cost?
Not yet. An implementation exists and is being built against, but it is not generally available, no date is claimed and pricing is not published. A demo is shown on a real build, labelled as in development, so your institution sees the design rather than a promise.

Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.
What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
