For schools
Every student. A brighter tomorrow.
Zynaut Pathways gives each of your students a record they own, and gives your school a view of the whole — never any one of them without that person's permission, and never another school's. Your teachers stand behind the evidence; your counsellors advise, with the reasoning shown.
Stronger students.Brighterfutures.

A school sees the whole. A student owns the record. Neither is a route to the other.

Building a stronger foundation
How Zynaut Pathways works in a school
The same five stages every student moves through — with your teachers, counsellors and programme around them.
1. Discover
Each student says where they are heading and what they already bring — before any test, in their own words.
2. Validate
Coursework, projects and performance a teacher watched become evidence, with your teachers as the issuers who stand behind it.
3. Develop
Each student sees the one gap that matters to them. Your counsellors advise, with the reasoning shown.
4. Connect
Students reach outward — to a college, a programme, a mentor — by their own act, never by being listed.
5. Demonstrate
A student leaves with a record that stays theirs. Your school keeps its aggregate view of what the programme built.
Everything you need, in one place
What your school sees, and what stays with the student
Built for a head, a class teacher and a counsellor — each inside a boundary published to the student too.

- Your programme, describedWhat your programme teaches, described in the same words a job is described in.
- Where a class stands, in aggregateViews of a cohort built as aggregates, never from any one student.
- Teachers as issuers of evidenceA performance a teacher watched keeps who watched it. Teachers also advise, with the reasoning shown.
- Parents by invitationA guardian sees progress and what it suggests next, under a recorded permission — never the evidence.
- Counsellors with a published boundaryYour counsellors see the gap and the reasoning, never raw evidence, and never grade or rank anyone.
- Programme review, in aggregateWhat the programme built, against what it set out to build. No league table, no readiness score.
Your learners, seen as a whole
The whole, never the one.
Your learners, seen as a whole — never any one of them without that person's permission, and never another institution's. Aggregates are built so that no individual is exposed. A student's record stays their own while they are with you and after they leave; your school's view was bounded to begin with, and it ends with the programme.
- What your programme teaches, described in the same words a job is described in
- Views of where a cohort stands, built as aggregates rather than from any one learner
- For programme review, in aggregate: what the programme built, against what it set out to build
- You cannot drill into an individual outside a permission that person granted
- You cannot reach another institution's learners
- Nothing here ranks your learners against each other
Every student, seen whole — and never singled out.
No drill-down to an individual outside a permission that person granted. No ranking of learners against each other.

Illustrative journeys
What a school actually sees
Three journeys the design is built around, from the side of a school.
A head of school reviewing a programme
Sees, in aggregate, what a two-year programme built against what it set out to build — which capabilities the cohort's evidence now supports. He cannot open any one student's record, and nothing in the view ranks them.
A class teacher who watched a project
Records what she observed as evidence for the student who did the work, with her own name behind it. It stays a fact about that one entry. She also advises the student, and the advice is recorded with its reasoning.
A school counsellor
Is assigned to named students under a permission each of them holds. She sees the gap a student is working on and the reasoning behind a next step — never raw evidence — and does not grade, certify or rank anyone.
Illustrative journeys, written to show what the design is for. Zynaut Pathways is in development and no customer story, testimonial or measured outcome is published yet.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers for schools
Can we see an individual student's record?
Only under a permission that student granted, and only the view they chose. Your school's view of its own programme is built as an aggregate, so no individual is exposed. There is no drill-down from a cohort to a person without that person's say-so.
Does the record rank our students?
No. Nothing here ranks your learners against each other, and no readiness score is produced for anyone. Confidence is stated about the evidence, claim by claim, and is never added up into a number about a student or compared between students.
What does a teacher do in it?
Two things. A teacher stands behind evidence — a project marked, a performance watched — so it keeps who observed it. And a teacher can advise a student, with the reasoning recorded beside the advice. A teacher does not score the student as a person.
What happens to a student's record when they leave?
It stays theirs. The record is held for the student and travels with them. Your school's view of that student was bounded to begin with, and it ends with the programme. What remains with you is the aggregate view of what the programme built.
What is shown for a group too small to hide anyone in it?
Not yet decided, and it will be stated before any programme uses this. The commitment is that an aggregate never lets anyone be picked out. What is shown for a group too small for that to hold is a rule still to be published.
Is it available for schools now, and what does it cost?
Not yet. An implementation exists and is being built against, but it is not generally available, no date is claimed and pricing is not published. A demo is shown on a real build, labelled as in development, so you can see the design rather than a promise.
Status: In development
Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.
What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
