Terms for using this website.

These terms apply to your use of this website. By reading it, linking to it or sending an enquiry through it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Zynaut Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., the company that trades as Zynaut. The registered office address is available on request through the enquiry form.

This site is information about Zynaut and about Zynaut Pathways: what the product is designed to do, who it is for, and the rules it is built to. It carries one enquiry form and nothing else that takes input.

It is not the product. Nothing on this site creates a Pathways record, signs you in to one, or gives you an account. Each Pathways deployment will publish its own terms of use for the people who use it.

Zynaut Pathways is in development. An implementation exists and is being built against; it is not generally available. Nothing on this site is an offer of availability, a price or an outcome, and no page states a launch date.

We try to keep every page accurate, and we correct a page when it is wrong. Content may be changed, extended or withdrawn without notice. Nothing published here is professional advice about your own circumstances.

Any actual engagement with Zynaut is governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and this site differ, the agreement governs.

The Zynaut name and mark, the written content of this site, its drawings and the design system it is built on belong to Zynaut Intelligence Pvt. Ltd..

You may read the site, link to any page, print or save pages for your own reference, and quote briefly from it with attribution to Zynaut. None of that needs our permission.

Do not republish this site's content as your own work, alter it and continue to attribute it to us, or use the Zynaut name or mark in a way that suggests a relationship or endorsement that does not exist. If you want a use these terms do not clearly allow, ask; it is usually a short conversation.

Use the site as a reader. Do not attempt to reach any part of the site or its infrastructure that is not published, to probe or breach its security, or to interfere with its availability for other people.

• Do not retrieve pages automatically at a rate that degrades the site for others.
• Do not scrape, script or automate the enquiry form, or use it to send bulk or unsolicited messages.
• Do not misrepresent who you are, or write on behalf of an organisation or a person without their authority.
• Do not send material you do not have the right to send.

An enquiry is a message, not a contract. We read every enquiry, and we may decline to respond to one, or to act on it, at our discretion.

What you submit must be yours to send. Do not send confidential material, commercially sensitive information, or personal information about other people. Use the form to open a conversation; if material needs a safer route, we agree one first.

The form filters automated submissions and limits how many enquiries one connection can send in a short period. If a message cannot be delivered, the form tells you so; it never reports a message as received when it was not.

At present this site links only to its own pages. If a link to material published elsewhere is added, we do not control that destination, we are not responsible for its content or for how it handles your data, and the link is not an endorsement.

Read the terms and privacy notice of any site you go on to use.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it is free of error, or that it is suitable for any purpose you have in mind.

Descriptions of Zynaut Pathways describe a design and its intent. They are not a warranty about the behaviour of any deployment, which is governed by that deployment's own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Zynaut Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this site, from an inability to reach it, or from anything reached through a link on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the law of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any such dispute.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.

We may change these terms. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date and version number at the top change with it. A change is reflected in that stamp rather than announced separately, so the stamp is the thing to check.

Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version then published.

Questions about these terms, requests for permission, and reports of misuse all go through the enquiry form. A person reads and answers every one.

There is no email address or telephone number on this site. The form is the route, and it reaches the same people either way.
