How It Works
From where you are to what you can show.
Zynaut Pathways helps you say where you are heading, build evidence for what you can do, and share it with the people you choose. Five stages, each answering one question you actually ask — with a person in every decision that matters.
Realprogress.Every step.

Real progress starts with self-discovery and grows with every step — against a record that is yours to keep.

The Zynaut Pathways lifecycle
A clear path from where you are to what you can show
Five connected stages. The order is the argument: nothing can be shown that was never validated, and nothing is developed against a goal that was never stated.

Clarity today.A brighter tomorrow.
1. Discover
Say where you are heading, and what you already bring.
Learn more2. Validate
Show what you have done, and where it came from.
Learn more3. Develop
See the gap that matters to you, and how to close it.
Learn more4. Connect
Reach out to people and places — on your terms.
Learn more5. Demonstrate
Show someone who has never met you, with your evidence behind you.

From your information to a decision
The record assembles. A person decides.
What you tell it, the evidence you add, what an institution or employer can vouch for, and the advice a person recorded: the record brings these together into claims that show their working. It never decides for you — who is admitted, who is hired, what you should study. Those decisions stay with people, who can see its reasoning.
- You say where you are heading and what you already bring
- Evidence arrives from anywhere and keeps its source
- Claims are derived, each with how strongly it is supported
- The one gap that matters is shown, with the reasoning
- A person — you, an adviser, an employer — takes the decision

For every side of the record
What each side receives
One record, seen from three sides — with the person who owns it always at the centre, and every other participant a guest.
For learners
This is your record. You start it, you add to it, and it stays yours after you leave the school or college you started it in.
- A picture of what you can do that begins the moment you describe your goals — before anything is verified
- Every piece of evidence you add keeps its source, so a project counts as a project and a certificate as a certificate
- The gap that matters most for where you want to go, and a way to close it, with the reasoning shown
- A record you can share one view at a time, and take back
For institutions
Your learners, seen as a whole — never any one of them without that person's permission, and never another institution's.
- What your programme teaches, described in the same words a job is described in
- Views of where a cohort stands, built as aggregates rather than from any one learner
- For programme review, in aggregate: what the programme built, against what it set out to build
For employers
You receive what a person chose to send you: a view of their record, with every claim traceable to its evidence, and a plain account of how strongly it is supported.
- Claims that trace to evidence, and to the issuer that stands behind it
- How strongly each claim is supported — a fact about the evidence, not a verdict on the person
- What the record examined and did not count, and why
Questions about the journey
How the stages work in practice
Do I have to go through the stages in order?
The order is the argument: nothing can be shown that was never validated, and nothing is developed against a goal that was never stated. But you return to the stages rather than finish them. A new goal starts the sequence again against a record that is now larger, and nothing you have already shown is lost.
Where does the sequence start?
With you: who you are, what stage of life you are at, where you are aiming, and what you can already do. That alone gives a first picture. Everything you add later backs that picture up; nothing about you is built from scratch, and nothing about you is built from a test.
Is Pathways a test?
No. A test can be one piece of evidence in the record, but it is never the way in. You begin with your goals and with what you already know you can do.
What if I disagree with what it says?
Every conclusion carries a route to contest it, and a person reads the challenge. The record also shows which evidence it counted, which it did not, and why.
Is it available now, and what does it cost?
Not yet. An implementation exists and is being built against, but it is not generally available and no date is claimed. Pricing is not published for the same reason.
What happens to my record when I leave my school, college or employer?
It stays yours. The record is held for you and travels with you. The institution's view of you was bounded to begin with, and it ends with the programme.
Does my college or employer need to take part before my evidence counts?
No. You can add evidence yourself and say where it came from; it counts as your own word until whoever stands behind it confirms it. Which institutions take part, and when, is not claimed yet.

Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.
What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
