Evidence & Verification
Evidence that keeps its source. Verification you can explain.
Zynaut Pathways turns what you have actually done — work, learning, results and performance someone watched — into evidence that keeps where it came from. So you can show what you can do, and say exactly who stands behind each claim.
Real Learning.Real Evidence.A BrighterTomorrow.

Verified. Portable. Yours. A verified entry means its issuer confirmed it — a fact about that entry, never a grade of you.

What counts as evidence
Different experiences. A stronger, fuller story.
Evidence is something that happened and can be pointed to. Five kinds of entry go into the record, and every one keeps who stands behind it — so a parent, a college or an employer can always answer the question: verified by whom?
- A piece of workProjects, work samples, achievements. Who stands behind it: whoever set it, received it or reviewed it.
- A test or exam resultAssessments and exam results. Who stands behind it: the body that set the test.
- Performance someone watchedObservations and recommendations from people who watched you work. Who stands behind it: the person who watched it, in a position to say so.
- A certificate or qualificationCertificates and qualifications. Who stands behind it: the institution that issued it.
- Your own declarationWhat you say you can do, before anyone confirms it. Who stands behind it: you — and it is marked as your own word.
How verification works
A clear path from something that happened to something you can show.
Five steps an entry takes. Nothing is built from scratch: what you add counts from the moment you add it, and each step makes it stronger, never smaller.
1. Capture
Add what you did, and say where it came from. It counts from that moment — as your own word, marked as such.
2. Organise
The entry is placed against a capability, with its date, its issuer and its context kept with it.
3. Review
You see what the record makes of it: which claim it supports, how strongly, and what would make it stronger.
4. Verify
Whoever stands behind it confirms it — the institution, the examining body, the person who watched you work — and the entry now carries their name beside yours.
5. Share
Send one view to one recipient, for a stated purpose, for as long as you allow. Take it back when you choose.
Why it matters
Real evidence, from every side of it.
The same entry, seen by the four kinds of people around a record — with the person who owns it always deciding who sees what.
Learners
- Show what you can do, not only what you claim
- Start before anything is verified — your own word counts
- Every entry shows who added it and where it came from
- Share one view at a time, and take it back
Employers
- Receive only what a person chose to send you
- Claims that trace to evidence, and to the issuer behind it
- How strongly each claim is supported — never a score of the person
- No search, no browsing, no ranking
Institutions
- What your programme built, in aggregate, against what it set out to build
- Confirm the evidence you issued, so it carries your name
- No drilling into an individual outside a permission they granted
Advisers
- The gap a person is working on, and the reasoning behind the next step
- A place in the record for the advice you gave
- Never the raw evidence, and never a grade to give
Your data, your choice
Privacy and control.
You control your evidence. Choose what to share, with whom, and for how long. Nothing leaves your record without your say, and nothing about it is sold.

Every entry keeps its issuer
- Portable evidence
- Verification with a name on it
- Shared on your terms
Your story.Your data.Your future.
- Choose what to shareOne filtered view, never the whole record
- Share with specific people or organisationsA named recipient, for a stated purpose
- Revoke access at any timeA share you withdraw is withdrawn
- Never soldDesigned for India's DPDP Act: collect what the purpose requires, and no more
Your evidence at a glance
Insight that builds trust — without a score.
The record shows you, entry by entry, which claim each piece of evidence supports, how strongly, and what would make it stronger. It also shows what it left out, and why. Confidence is a fact about the evidence, claim by claim — never added up into a number about you.
- Every claim traces to the evidence behind it
- Every entry keeps its issuer and its date
- What was not counted is listed, with a reason
- Confidence describes the evidence, never the person
- Any conclusion can be contested, and a person reads the challenge
Verified. Portable. Yours.
Confidence describes the evidence, never the person. A thin band means thin evidence.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions, answered.
Quick answers about evidence and verification in Zynaut Pathways.
What counts as evidence?
Something that happened and can be pointed to: a piece of work, a test or exam result, performance someone watched, a certificate or qualification, or your own declaration. Every piece keeps where it came from and when. Your own word counts from the day you add it, marked as your own word until whoever stands behind it confirms it.
How is evidence verified?
Verified means the issuer behind an entry has confirmed it — the institution that issued a certificate, the body that set a test, the person who watched the work. It is a fact about that one entry, never a grade of you. An entry that is not yet verified still counts, as your own word, marked as such.
Who can see my evidence?
You, and whoever you choose to show one view of it to, for a stated purpose, for as long as you allow. An institution sees aggregates built so no individual is exposed. A parent or guardian, under a recorded permission, sees how the record is growing — never the evidence itself. Nobody can search for you.
Can I use my evidence outside Zynaut?
The record is yours and travels with you. It sits above the certificates and records you already hold rather than replacing them, so nothing you have today stops being yours. How a view is carried into systems outside Pathways is not published yet, and will be stated with each deployment.

What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
