Child safety
A child's record is theirs — and a guardian holds the key.
When a young person under eighteen holds a record, a guardian's permission is recorded alongside their own, either can end it, and the child is never profiled, ranked or advertised to.
Protected.By design.By consent.

A child is not a data source. A guardian consents, a child owns the record, and the design is built so both can walk away with it.

How a guardian's permission works
Invited, recorded, and reversible
A guardian joins by invitation under a permission that is written down and can be ended at any time by either of you.
1. Invited
A guardian is invited by name, not signed up in the background.
2. Consent recorded
The permission is stored alongside the child's own.
3. Progress, not evidence
A guardian sees how the record is growing and what it suggests next.
4. Ended, either side
Guardian or child can end it, and the record stays the child's.
Bounded by design
What a guardian sees, and what is never done
A guardian is a guest in the child's record, with what they can and cannot see published to both of them.
What a guardian can see
- How the record is growing over time
- What the record suggests as a next step, and why in plain words
- That their own role is recorded and can be ended
What a guardian never sees
- The underlying evidence itself
- Anything the child entered in their own words
- Any comparison with other children — there is none
What is never done to a child's data
- No profiling or behavioural tracking of a child
- No advertising or marketing to a child
- No use to train models as a by-product of use
The law it is built for
Designed for India's DPDP Act 2023
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act treats a child's data with special care. Zynaut Pathways is designed to those requirements rather than claiming a certificate it does not hold.
For a person under eighteen, the design records a guardian's verifiable consent alongside the person's own, and either can withdraw it. Consent is asked for a stated purpose, and the data collected is limited to what that purpose needs.
A child is never profiled or tracked for behaviour, and is never advertised or marketed to. Where a conclusion is reached about a young person, it can be contested from their own record, and a person — not a system — reads the challenge.
The exact rule for who must agree, and at what age, belongs to each deployment and is stated with it. Where a rule is still to be published, we say so rather than guess.
Questions parents ask
Straight answers about your child
Who has to agree before someone under eighteen holds a record?
A guardian's permission is recorded alongside the young person's own, and either can end it. The exact rule for who must agree, and at what age, belongs to each deployment and is stated with it rather than guessed at here.
What can I see about my child?
You see how the record is growing and what it suggests as a next step, in plain words. You do not see the underlying evidence, or anything your child wrote in their own words, and there is never a comparison with other children.
Is my child scored or ranked?
No. Nothing rates a child as a person. What the record states is how strongly a claim is supported by its evidence, with the reasoning shown, and any conclusion can be contested from the child's own record.
Can we delete my child's record?
Yes. The record is held for the child and travels with them; you can ask through the data rights route to see what is held and to remove it. A person handles the request, and we confirm what happens next.
Is my child's data used to train Zynaut's models?
Not by default, and not as a by-product of use. Nothing leaves an offering without a declared purpose and a permission covering that use, and a child's record is never used for advertising.

Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.
What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
