For professionals
Stay relevant. Keep growing. Show what the work has taught you.
The same record whether you are moving up, moving across, or proving what you learned by doing the work. What you have already done counts as evidence — not only certificates — and the record stays yours when you change employer.
New skills.Greateropportunities.A better you.

What you learned by doing the work is evidence. It counts by the same mechanism as a certificate, and improvement counts for more than where you stand today.

Your growth journey
Continuous growth for a changing world
A practical sequence for people at work, re-entered each time your goal changes.
1. Discover
Say where you want to go next — up, across, or somewhere new — and what your work already shows.
2. Validate
A project delivered, a team led, a problem solved: each counts, with whoever can vouch for it standing behind it.
3. Develop
See the smallest meaningful gap between your evidence and the role you want, and the steps that close it.
4. Connect
Reach out to a mentor or an employer, inside your organisation or beyond it, by your own act.
5. Demonstrate
Send one view of your record, purpose-limited and revocable, with every claim traceable to its evidence.
Everything you need to grow, in one place
Capabilities described, gaps shown, guidance from a person
Each part keeps to the same rule: the record is yours, and nothing in it is a verdict on you.

Invest in yourself. The recordtravels with you.
- Your capabilities, describedWhat you can do, in the words a job is described in — never a level, never a score.
- Close the smallest meaningful gapLearning from anywhere counts: a course, a stretch assignment, a problem you solved at work.
- See where your evidence leadsRoles and routes your record currently supports, and the gap that matters for the next one.
- Your work as evidencePortfolio and curated work, each piece keeping who received or reviewed it.
- Reach outwardIntroductions you start, scoped to what you choose to share. Nobody searches for you.
- Guidance and mentoring from a personA mentor or adviser sees the gap and the reasoning, never your raw evidence. No chatbot.
Growth that shows its working
Improvement counts for more than where you stand today.
The record states the distance between where you stand and where you want to be, as steps you can take — with the reasoning shown, and with what would have to change to move a claim. The advice comes from a person, a mentor or adviser, never from the system.
- Work you have already done counts as evidence — not only certificates
- What you can show, and how strongly it is supported, stated before you approach anyone
- Introductions you start yourself, scoped to what you choose to share
- No employer can browse, filter or rank you
- Your record is not a profile on a job board
- A share you withdraw is withdrawn

Illustrative journeys
What the record is for, at work
Three journeys the design is built around, from the side of a person at work.
A professional moving into a lead role
Has run projects for years without a title that says so. The projects count as evidence, with the people who received them standing behind each. The record shows the one gap between that evidence and the role — and how to close it.
Someone returning to work after a break
Spent the years caring for a family. That counts as evidence by the same mechanism as a certificate, marked as her own word until someone in a position to say so confirms it. She starts from what she can do, not from a gap in a resume.
A professional changing industry
Wants to move from one sector to another. The record describes what he can do in the words a job is described in, so a mentor he approached can see where his evidence already leads, and where it does not yet.
Illustrative journeys, written to show what the design is for. Zynaut Pathways is in development and no customer story, testimonial or measured outcome is published yet.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers for people at work
Does what I learned on the job count without a certificate?
Yes. Work you have already done counts as evidence — a project delivered, a problem solved, a team you led — with whoever received or reviewed it standing behind it. Until they confirm it, it counts as your own word, marked as such.
Can my employer see my record?
Not unless you send them a view of it. The record is held for you, not for your employer. An organisation that uses Pathways for its workforce sees aggregates built so no individual is exposed — never your record, and you only under a permission you granted.
Does the record say I am ready for the next role?
No. Nothing rates you as a person, and no readiness score exists. What it states is how strongly each claim is supported by evidence, the gap that matters for where you want to go, and what would have to change to move a claim. The decision stays with you and the people you approach.
What happens to my record when I change employer?
It stays yours. The record is held for you and travels with you. An employer's view of you was bounded to begin with — only what you chose to send — and a share you withdraw is withdrawn.
Is it available now, and what does it cost?
Not yet. An implementation exists and is being built against, but it is not generally available and no date is claimed. Pricing is not published for the same reason.
Status: In development
Active implementation exists. General availability is not claimed.
What is not claimed. No customer, adoption figure, outcome, partnership or certification is published anywhere on this site, because none has been verified. Every design fact here is a commitment about how the record is built, not a report of results.
